The room was magnificent, the staff were well managed and the breakfast was above average. Wi-Fi, terrace and hairdryer in the room and the great bed. The pool had a Jacuzzi and a sauna too. It was within walking distance of Osteria il Ghibellino, where you can have dinner.

Wonderful location and staff, comfortable beds. The staff did all they can for a fine stay. It was across the pedestrian area. Fantastic restaurant available in the hotel.

Actually everything was outstanding, you're dope! The hotel was unique, I loved staff and location. Marvellous view, a large balcony, good bed, too.

The people were funny, the rooms were soundproof and en suite. Optimal location to a 14th-century gothic-style fortified palace. Generally everything was exceptional, though the bathroom was inconvenient. The breakfast was included.

We loved our stay here and did n't want to leave. Location and staff were fabulous, and the hotel itself was perfect. Nice to have a sunny balcony. Siena Historical Center district certainly deserves to be visited. The breakfast had lots of options : fresh fruit, coffee and yogurt...

Handy base for a 3-night stay. We loved views and location. Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Host was WONDERFUL.
